Sparkling cranberry claret jelly

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Cranberry juice
1 cup Dry red wine
cup Sugar
1 Pouch liquid certo

Combine cranberry juice, wine and sugar in a med saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1 min. stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in liquid certo. Skim off foam with a metal spoon and pour into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 4 cups.
