Pineapple raisin cookies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Applesauce
½ cup Brown Sugar**
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Crushed pineapple with juice
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cups White flour
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 \N Egg white

Preheat oven to 375

Cream applesauce and sugar. Add vanilla and egg white. Next add pineapple and raisins. Sift dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Bake on greased cookie sheet, or line the sheet with tin foil, for 8-10 min.
