| ½ | cup | Unsweetened pineapple juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Basil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Grated orange rind |
Directions
Sprinkle lamb with salt. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour pineapple juice mixture over lamb; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove lamb; reserve marinade. Broil lamb 3-4" from heat 5-7 minutes per side, basting frequently.
