Yield: 4 Servings
|1 medium||Onion; minced|
|1 can||Condensed consomme; (10 1/2 oz.)|
|1 cup||Raw regular rice|
Saut onion in butter until golden.
Combine consomm and water. Bring to a boil.
In an oiled 1½ quart casserole combine all ingredients.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until rice feels tender and all water is absorbed.
Fluff up rice with fork.
