Measure | Ingredient |

4 cups | Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced (about 4 med. tomato will do) |
1 medium | Onion chopped |
4 tablespoons | Chopped fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons | Minced jalapeno pepper |
4 \N | Cloves garlic, minced (up to 6) |
2 tablespoons | Green chilies, minced |
4 tablespoons | Fresh lime juice |
4 cups | Cooked black beans or black bean soup |
\N \N | Salt to taste |
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly and season to taste with salt. Microwave until warm. This will keep the vegetables somewhat crisp. Or cook on the stove until it looks like chile.
