Pico de gallo / black bean soup

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced (about 4 med. tomato will do)
1 medium Onion chopped
4 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons Minced jalapeno pepper
4 \N Cloves garlic, minced (up to 6)
2 tablespoons Green chilies, minced
4 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
4 cups Cooked black beans or black bean soup
\N \N Salt to taste

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly and season to taste with salt. Microwave until warm. This will keep the vegetables somewhat crisp. Or cook on the stove until it looks like chile.
