Picnic taco nachos

Ingredients

5cupsTortilla chips
1can(15 oz.) black beans, rinsed drained and mashed
1can(4 oz.) chopped mild green chilies, drained
2teaspoonsTaco seasoning mix
2Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
2mediumsGreen onions, sliced
(2 tablespoons)
2cupsFinely shredded Colby-Jack cheese ( 8 oz.)

Directions

Heat coals or gas grill. Spray 30 x 18 inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil with cooking spray. Spread tortilla chips on foil. Mix beans, chilies and taco seasoning mix; spoon evenly over tortilla chips. Top with tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with cheese.
