Picadillo perfecto

1 pounds Lean ground beef
3 \N Cloves garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Ground cumin
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Finely chopped onion
¾ cup Diced red bell pepper
1 can Tomato sauce; (8 ounces)
½ cup Beef broth
½ \N Pimento stuffed green olives; chopped
1 cup SunMaid baking raisins

Cook beef in large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink (8 10 minutes). Drain. Add garlic, salt, cumin and pepper, stirring well. Add onion and red pepper and cook over medium heat until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and beef broth. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Add olives and SunMaid baking raisins. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve in sandwich buns, tortillas or over rice.
