Picadillo (beef hash)

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Oil
1 each Onion
1 each Green pepper
1 each Clove garlic
½ pounds Ground beef
½ pounds Ground pork
¼ pounds Ground ham
¾ cup Capers
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Tomato sauce
¼ cup Dry wine

Heat oil and saute minced onion, crushed garlic and minced green pepper. Add the meat and cook a few minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Serves 6. Picadillo (beef hash)
