Pescado alicante (baked fish)

Yield: 3 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Onion; sliced
1 pounds Fish fillets; (flounder, haddock or cod)
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon Dry white wine
¼ cup Chopped nuts

Spread onion slices over bottom of greased baking dish. Lay fish over onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; combine oil and wine; pour over all.

Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degs for 15-20 minutes. serves 3.

sugguested menu: Baked Fish, Artichole salad, string beans, rum spongecake, coffee or tea.
