Pesach popovers

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N -RHONA ALTOMARI (KXPV54B)
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ cup Oil water
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Matzoh meal
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
4 \N Eggs

Blend until mixture forms ball. Cool (not long). Add one at a time; beating well-4 eggs

Grease muffin tins. Moisten hands, shape. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. Bake 375 for 45 minutes. Makes 12 Formatted by Elaine Radis; 3/92
