1 Egg
¾ Stick butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Persimmon pulp
1½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Milk

Cream butter and blend well. Add dry ingr and milk. Stir in persimmon pulp. Pour into greased pan (9x13) bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
