Peppered yellow squash

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
4 Medium size yellow squash
Salt/crse grnd black pepper

Slice squash lengthwise into ¼ inch slices. Dip squash in oil and vinegar; season with salt and generously with pepper; grill 5 to 7 minutes, covered. Use barbeque basket if available. From Chuck Ozburn.
