Peanut butter scotchies

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Flour
¾ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ cup Shortening
¼ cup Crunchy peanut butter
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 cup Brown sugar
1 \N Egg
1 tablespoon Water
6 ounces Butterscotch chips
1 cup Oats

In small bowl combine flour, salt and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine shortening, peanut butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Beat til creamy. Gradually beat in the brown sugar. Add the egg and beat well. Blend in the flour mixture and water. Stir in chips and oats. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 mins.
