Peanut brittle crispies

Directions
BAKE at 375 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes. MAKES about 2½ dozen cookies Sift together the flour, soda, and salt. Cream butter. Add sugar,creaming well. Blend in egg. Add dry ingredients gradually; mix well. STir in peanut brittle. Shape dough into balls, using a rounded teaspoonful for each.
Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) 9 to 12 minutes. Cool 1 minutes. Remove from sheet. *For use with Pillsbury's Best Self-Rising Flour, omit soda and salt.
