Measure | Ingredient |

⅔ cup | Brown sugar |
3 tablespoons | Flour |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ cup | Butter |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
¼ teaspoon | Vanilla extract or almond extract |
1 can | Peach slices (1 lb. 13 oz.); drained |
In saucepan, combine sugar, flour, salt, butter, lemon juice and extract; mix well. Bring to rolling boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute, stir in peach slices. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Top with lattice crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
