Yield: 4 Servings
|2 cups||Fresh strawberries, hulled and washed|
|½ cup||Raspberries - frozen, unsweetened ones are fine if fresh are not available|
|1 cup||Peach slices, fresh or frozen|
|1 cup||Raspberry sherbet|
|¼ cup||Brown sugar (up to 1/3 cup depending on sweetness of the fruit)|
Liquify the berries and banana in the blender. Add the peach slices, sherbet and brown sugar and blend on high until liquified. Serve immediately.
