Peach-papaya yogurt smoothies

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cold skim milk
1 cup Vanilla lowfat yogurt
1 Peach; peeled, pitted, cut into chunks
½ Papaya; peeled, seeded, cut into chunks
2 packs "Sweet One" granulated sugar substitute

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Makes 3 servings, 1 cup each.

Per serving: 130 calories, 7g protein, 1g fat, 23g carbohydrate, 5mg cholesterol, 93mg sodium
