Apricot and orange smoothie

Measure Ingredient
1 can (200 grammes) apricots in natural juice; 1 point
½ small Tub low fat apricot yoghurt; 1 point
100 millilitres Glass orange juice; 0.5 points

Total 2½ points.

The number after each ingredient stands for the number of Weight Watchers 123 success points that ingredient contains.

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Chill before serving.
