Peach sorbet with pineapple

Measure Ingredient
16 ounces Frozen; unsweetened peaches, sliced
¼ cup Unsweetened apple juice
6 slices Pineapple (you can use canned)

Cost: $ - Preparation Time: 25 minutes Difficulty Level: 2 - Servings: 6 1. Place half the peaches and a few tablespoons apple juice in a food processor. Process until smooth. Repeat with the remaining peaches and apple juice. Place the peach/apple mixture in a large bowl and freeze for 3 hours, until icy. Scoop or spoon over pineapple slices.
