Peach cream pie #2

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Peaches
1 \N Egg
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Half & half (I use milk)
1 tablespoon (heaping) flour (if using milk add more flour)

Date: Tue, 25 Jun 1996 14:17:39 -0400 Put into an unbaked pie crust fresh or canned peaches (about 3 or so peaches worth) and then pour the last 4 ingredients, mixed well, over the top. Bake @425 for ½ hour - reduce heat to 350 and bake ½ hour more! That's it!! It is so easy!
