Peaches and cream pie #1

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Pastry for 9\" ( 1 crust ) pie
8 \N Peach halves; peeled
⅔ cup Sugar
4 tablespoons Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Cream

Place peaches rounded side up in pastry lined pan. Mix the sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and cream; pour over peaches. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 400 degrees until crust is nicely browned and filling is set.
