Pasta primavera (#16)

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Large bow ties or other
\N \N . pasta of your choice
½ cup Heavy Cream
½ cup Chicken broth
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, plus addi-
\N \N . tional at table
\N x Salt and Freshly ground
\N \N . black pepper

1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.

Return to the pot.

2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the STEAMED FRESH VEGETABLES.

Add to the pasta.

3. In a deep skillet, simmer the cream, broth, and cheese until slightly thickened. Pour over the pasta and vegetables. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

4. Toss over low heat until the pasta is heated through and coated in sauce. Serve with additionl cheese.
