Pasta marco polo

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Nonstick cooking spray
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
½ pounds Chicken breast, sliced
4 \N Scallions, sliced
12 ounces Spicy Sesame Linguine
½ cup Chicken broth
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sherry
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
½ tablespoon Chili sauce
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon Minced ginger
½ teaspoon Salt

PASTA & CHICKEN

SAUCE

Combine sauce ingredients. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add oil & heat. Stir fry chicken until it begins to lose raw color. Add scallions. Add sauce. Add cooked pasta and stir until blended.

I bought a few unusual items there, the first of which I used tonight - Al Dente Spicy Sesame Linguine Noodles. The recipe I used came from the back of the package, with a few modifications for ingredients I couldn't find. We liked it, and I presume it would also be good with regular linguine." - Lisa
