Fettuccine with broccoli sauce

Measure Ingredient
Broccoli heads cut in small flowerets
Garlic to taste; peeled and chopped
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Hot cooked fettucine
Grated Italian parmesan cheese

Heat some olive oil in a large frypan and throw in the broccoli and garlic.

Cook for approximately 10 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.

Put the hot pasta into a large warmed bowl, add parmesan cheese and most of the broccoli sauce. Toss well.

To serve put on individual plates and spoon over the rest of the broccoli sauce.
