Passover toffee squares

Ingredients

1cupPareve margarine
1cupMatzohs cake meal
1Egg
8ouncesChocolate or chocolate chips (pareve) melted
1teaspoonVanilla
1cupWalnuts, finely chopped
1cupSugar

Directions

Cream Margarine, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in egg, beating well Add cake meal gradually. Blend well. (dough will be stiff) Lightly grease a 9 X 13 pan. Spread dough out evenly Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes Take out of oven Spread melted chocolate over top and sprinkle with nuts. Press nuts lightly into chocolate.
