Passover farfel pudding

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Nuts; (hazel/walnuts)
3 tablespoons Cinnamon
3 tablespoons Sugar
3 \N Whole egg
2 cups Cottage cheese
1 cup Sour cream
⅓ cup Oil
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Raisins
2 cups Matzo Farfel
1¾ cup Apricot Jam; chunky
