½ cup | Milk |
3 tablespoons | Cake meal; (heaping) |
8 ounces | Swiss cheese; (shredded) |
1 pack | Frozen chopped spinach; (cooked & drained) |
\N \N | Salt and pepper; (to taste) |
Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in cake meal, cheese & spinach, season to taste with salt & pepper. Bake in 2 eight inch pie pans @ 350º for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
NOTES : Can make until the point of baking in the morning and bake later if you wish. Freezes well)
