Crustless zucchini quiche

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Zucchini; grated |
| ½ | cup | Bread crumbs |
| ¾ | cup | Mozzarella cheese; part skim milk, grated |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 4 | Egg whites | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Minced onions |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Mix all but cheese. Put into greased pie pan and bake ½ hour at 350F. Top with cheese and bake ½ hour more.
