Yield: 6 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
3 cups | Zucchini; grated |
½ cup | Bread crumbs |
¾ cup | Mozzarella cheese; part skim milk, grated |
2 | Eggs |
4 | Egg whites |
1 teaspoon | Minced onions |
Salt and pepper |
Mix all but cheese. Put into greased pie pan and bake ½ hour at 350F. Top with cheese and bake ½ hour more.
