Crustless zucchini quiche

3 | cups | Zucchini; grated |
½ | cup | Bread crumbs |
¾ | cup | Mozzarella cheese; part skim milk, grated |
2 | Eggs | |
4 | Egg whites | |
1 | teaspoon | Minced onions |
Salt and pepper |
Directions
Mix all but cheese. Put into greased pie pan and bake ½ hour at 350F. Top with cheese and bake ½ hour more.
