Recipe By : COOKERY FOR ENTERTAINING Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter in 9-inch square pan in oven. Tip pan to coat bottom with butter. In lg bowl, beat eggs. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Add melted butter; set pan aside. Stir in chiles, cottage cheese and jack cheese. Mix til blended. Turn batter into pan. Bake 15 min; reduce heat to 350 and continue baking 30-35 min. or til lightly browned.
Cool slightly and cut into small squares. Reheat before serving. A double recipe fits a 9 x 13 dish.
