Yield: 6 servings
|3 cups||Frozen hash-brown potatoes from 26 oz pkg, thawed|
|4 ounces||(1 cup) shredded cheddar|
|½ cup||Cottage cheese|
|1||Green onion, chopped|
|⅛ teaspoon||Seasoned pepper|
|Dash hot pepper sauce|
|6 slices||Turkey bacon, crisp&crumbled|
Heat oven to 350F. Crease a 9 inch pie pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except paprika and bacon. Mix well. Pour into greased pan, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with bacon, bake an additional 5 minutes.
