Passover chocolate mousse pie

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Butter
1 cup Brown sugar
1 \N Egg yolk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Cake meal
¼ cup Potato starch
\N \N (Makes 2 crusts)
12 ounces Chocolate chips
8 \N Egg yolks
2 teaspoons Vanilla
4 \N Egg whites; beaten stiff
1 carton Heavy whipping cream; whipped stiff



mix shell ingredients together and press into two pie plates. Bake at 375 degrees for 15- 18 minutes
