Egg-less chocolate mousse pie!

Ingredients

7ouncesMarshmallow Fluff
¼cupPareve milk
2Sq bittersweet chocolate
A dash of salt
1teaspoonVanilla extract
1Container Rich's whip
19-in graham cracker pie crust
8Graham crackers
2tablespoonsMargarine
¼cupSugar

Directions

FOR PIE CRUST

1.Mix fluff, chocolate, milk, and salt in pot over very low flame until melted and thick, or melt in microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute.

2.Add vanilla and let cool in refrigerator 30 minutes.

3.Whip Rich's for 10 minutes.

4.Mix all ingredients together. 5.Freeze in pie shell.

6.Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, or chocolate shavings.

For pie crust:

1.Chop crackers in food processor.

2.Add other ingredients and blend until smooth.

3.Spread into pie tin.

4.Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
