Passover brownies #3

Yield: 9 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Eggs
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Oil
2 tablespoons Cocoa
½ cup Potato starch
1 cup Nuts, chopped

Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add oil. Then add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F. for half an hour in a 9 inch spare pan. Source: Torah Prep for High School Girls Passover booklet.
