Passover beef roll

Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | pack | Potato pancake mix |
| ¾ | cup | Matza meal |
| ¾ | can | Tomato and mushroom sauce |

Potato pancake mix. Mix with one egg, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon matza meal.
Mix meat with all ingredients, except pancake mix. mix well together. Roll out ½ inch thick. Put potato pancake mix on top. Roll up like jelly roll.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over top. Bake at 350oF for 1 hour.
