Stuffed rolled beef

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Top round steak, sliced thin
2 tablespoons Parmesan
1 tablespoon Parsley
2 teaspoons Oregano
½ cup Wine
1 \N Egg
1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
1 tablespoon Onion, chopped
1 cup Tomato sauce

Combine all all ingredients except steak, wine and tomato sauce. Spread steak with stuffing mixture. Roll meat tightly and tie with string. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine tomato sauce and wine and pour over rolled meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
