Stuffed rolled beef

Ingredients

1poundsTop round steak, sliced thin
2tablespoonsParmesan
1tablespoonParsley
2teaspoonsOregano
½cupWine
1Egg
1cupMozzarella, shredded
1tablespoonOnion, chopped
1cupTomato sauce

Directions

Combine all all ingredients except steak, wine and tomato sauce. Spread steak with stuffing mixture. Roll meat tightly and tie with string. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine tomato sauce and wine and pour over rolled meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
