Passion fruit coulis

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
5 \N Whole passion fruit, halved,
\N \N Pulp and juice scooped out
\N \N Or 1 cup
\N \N Unsweetened passion fruit
\N \N Juice
1 cup Sugar

In a small sauce pan add both ingredients. Bring to a boil, lower heat to medium, cook until thickened, 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat.

If using pulp, strain through a fine sieve. Serve with plain cake.
