Yield: 4 servings
|5 \N||Whole passion fruit, halved,|
|\N \N||Pulp and juice scooped out|
|\N \N||Or 1 cup|
|\N \N||Unsweetened passion fruit|
In a small sauce pan add both ingredients. Bring to a boil, lower heat to medium, cook until thickened, 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
If using pulp, strain through a fine sieve. Serve with plain cake.
