Parve black bean dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Jar Salsa (16 oz) mild or spicy
1 Jar (small) of green chilies, chopped
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Cumin
2 cans (16 oz) of low-fat vegetarian refried beans

Heat salsa in a pan with the chilies, garlic and cumin. Add refried beans and blend until well mixed.

Pour into serving bowl and serve warm or cold topped with chopped scallions. Serve with an assortment of chips - doritos, sweet potato chips and mixed gormet chips. Also, serve with a side of salsa for extra topping.
