2 mediums | Potatoes peeled and diced |
2 mediums | Onion(s), diced |
2 larges | Tomatoes, peeled seeded and quartered |
2 larges | Carrots peeled and diced |
3 \N | Garlic clove(s), minced |
1 teaspoon | Dried oregano |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
½ cup | Olive oil |

In a large pot, bring chicken stock and water to a boil. Add all the other ingredients at once.
Bring to a boil; continue boiling for 15 minutes. Then simmer over low heat for hour and it's done.
