Lentil soup supreme

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Onion, diced
½ cup Celery, diced
½ cup Carrots, diced
¼ pounds Bacon, raw, diced
½ cup Leeks, chopped
1 cup Lentils, cooked
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
1½ cup Bouillon
\N \N Salt And Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Vinegar
4 \N Frankfurters, sliced thin,
\N \N Sauteed in butter

Mix together all ingredients except the vinegar and frankfurters, and cook about 45 minutes. Cool slightly, then put in the blender and blend until smooth. Add vinegar and frankfurtres and bring to a boil.
