Lentil barley soup

Dried parsley

Garlic powder
1can(15oz) vegetable broth
1Frozen; (10 oz) chopped spinach, unthawed
Some chopped carrots

Directions

i threw it all in a pot and simmered, covered for 45 minutes. that left it a bit crunchy. i like my veggies crunchy, but if you like mooshier carrots, cook it longer.
