Pancake batter

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
2½ teaspoon Baking powder
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 Egg, beaten
1¼ cup Milk
3 tablespoons Oil

Sift flour, powder and salt. Blend egg, milk and oil. Slowly add dry ingredients. Stir into smooth batter. Cook in hot greased fry pan, turn only once.
