|1||Loaf crusty baguette, cut|
|Into 12 slices|
|6||Ripe plum tomatoes, sliced|
|¼ cup||Extra virgin olive oil|
|Salt and pepper|
Place bread on grill and cook until lightly toasted. Remove and squeeze juice and seeds from half a tomato on to each piece of bread.
Drizzle each slice with oil, season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
