Breaded tomatoes

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Tomatoes, or
1 \N Tin crushed with juice
2 tablespoons Sugar (or to taste)
1 tablespoon Flour
1 \N To 2 slices of bread torn into pieces
\N \N Cream (tin or fresh)

Cook tomatoes 5 to 10 minutes. Mix sugar and flour together and add to tomatoes to thicken. Add bread pieces and cream. Serve
