Hot tomato pan bread

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient

2 c self-rising flour

¾ c skim milk

¼ c olive oil

4 oz egg substitute, liquid

10 oz tomatoes with green chilis : diced

: vegetable cooking spray In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix until well-blended. Pour batter into a preheated 9-inch cake pan coated with vegetable spray.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until bread tests done with toothpick. Remove from pan; cool on a wire rack. Serve warm.
