Papas con tomates

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Dried mirasol chilies, stems and seeds removed, crushed
2 \N Meduim tomatoes, peeled and diced
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
1 \N Large potato, cooked,peeled, and diced
1 \N Medium sweet potato, cooked, peeled and diced
\N \N Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Simmer the chiles, tomatoes and cumin for 15 minutes to form a thick sauce. Pour sauce over potatoes, toss to coat, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
