Overnight five-grain cereal

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Uncooked wheat berries |
| 1 | tablespoon | Uncooked rye berries |
| 1 | tablespoon | Uncooked pearl barley |
| 1 | tablespoon | Uncooked millet |
| 1 | tablespoon | Uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats |
| 1½ | cup | Apple juice or water |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oat bran; optional |
| 2 | tablespoons | Raisins |
Directions
Grind wheat berries, rye berries, barley, millet and oats in grain mill or blender on high speed 30 seconds.
Place mixture in heavy-bottomed pan along with apple juice, oat bran and raisins. Bring to boil over medium-high heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover pan and let stand overnight. Next norning, reheat over medium heat and serve. Makes 2 servings.
