Oven-dried tomato salad

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Assorted field greens
10 Dried tomatoes, chopped
1 Yellow sweet pepper, sliced and chopped
3 ounces Large, ripe olives, whole
½ Cucumber, sliced
1 ounce Pine nuts
4 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl in the order given.
