Ornamental frosting

Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Egg whites
2½ cup Icing sugar
½ teaspoon Cream of tartar

Put egg whites and ½ cup icing sugar into a large bowl. Beat 10 minutes. Add ½ cup icing sugar and beat again. Add cream of tartar. Continue adding icing sugar and beating until mixture holds its shape. You can use this for decorating special cakes. Can be used in decorating tubes.
