Oriental spaghetti w/cucumber and spicy pe

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 \N Clove (small) garlic; minced
¼ teaspoon Dried hot pepper flakes; or to taste
¼ teaspoon Sugar
¼ cup Hot water
6 ounces Spaghetti
1 \N Cucumber; peeled, halved, seeded; cut diagonally into 1/8\" slices
⅓ cup Thinly sliced scallion
\N \N Salt and pepper; to taste

In a kettle of boiling salted water, boil the spaghetti until it is just tender. Drain and rinse briefly under cold water. Drain well, transfer to a bowl. Toss with the sauce, cuke, and scallions. S&P to taste. Serve the pasta at room temperature.
