(Kaye Sykes) Recipe By: Brenda Pittsley <brendap@...> Use a blender to mix peanut butter soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, pepper flakes, sugar and water until the sauce is smooth. In a kettle of boiling salted water, boil the spaghetti until it is just tender. Drain and rinse briefly under cold water. Drain well, transfer to a bowl. Toss with the sauce, cuke, and scallions. S&P to taste. Serve the pasta at room temperature.
