Oriental noodles with vegetables

Ingredients

| 175 | grams | Chinese egg noodles |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
| ½ | Garlic clove, sliced/peeled | |
| ½ | Chopped onion | |
| 1 | Sliced carrot | |
| ½ | Green pepper, diced | |
| ½ | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
| ½ | tablespoon | Sesame oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Peanuts |
Directions
1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. Drain well.
2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add the onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper,
and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts.
Serve.
